With a passion for movement and wellness, Halle is dedicated to helping individuals improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. After years of strength training, she injured her back and thus began her journey with Pilates. Focusing on true core strength and lengthening the body helped to get her out of pain and decompress her spine. Her favourite part of Pilates is how important the core is and how it changes one’s alignment. Halle has a passion for learning and perfecting form. In her classes, she emphasizes proper alignment, core strength, and mindful movement, ensuring that each session is safe and effective. Whether in a group setting or private session, her goal is the make Pilates, effective and enjoyable for all. Things she likes outside of Pilates: Hiking, Skiing, Snowboarding, and Travelling.
